1. Who we are

socialspinszone.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Cogwright Interactive Ltd(“we”, “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom under number 14827396, VAT GB 412 8873 09, with its registered office at Unit 12, Brasswork Yard, 48 Clerkenwell Road, London EC1M 5PS, United Kingdom. 2. Accepting these terms

By passing the age gate, browsing the Site, playing any machine or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Notice and our Cookie Policy. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please stop using the Site.

We may update these terms — to reflect a change in the Site, in our games, or in the law. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

3. You must be 18 or over

The Site is strictly for adults. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, both at the age gate and again when you create an account. We may suspend or delete any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor, and we ask parents and guardians to use device-level parental controls where children share a computer.

Some countries and territories restrict access to casino-styled content regardless of whether money is involved. You are responsible for knowing whether the Site is lawful where you are, and for not using it if it is not.

4. No real money, no gambling

This is the heart of the agreement, so it is stated in full:

• The Site is a social casino for entertainment only. It offers no gambling and no opportunity to gamble.
• All play uses virtual coins. Coins are a scorekeeping device internal to the Site. They are not money, not currency, not tokens, not securities and not property, and they carry no monetary value.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, traded, gifted, transferred, exchanged, staked, cashed out or withdrawn, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, goods, services, prizes, cryptocurrency or anything else of value, on this Site or anywhere else.
• There are no deposits, no wagers, no payouts, no jackpots of value, no prizes, no sweepstakes and no in-app purchases. We will never ask you for card, bank or wallet details, and you should never provide them to anyone claiming to represent us.
• Coin balances may be adjusted, reset or removed at any time — for example when correcting a bug, cleaning up abuse, or closing an account. Because coins have no value, no compensation is owed if a balance changes or disappears.

5. Your account

An account is optional: guests may play every machine without one, but guest progress is not saved. If you create an account you receive 10,000 virtual coins, and you may claim a further 5,000 coins once per calendar day (UTC).

• Provide accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has your credentials.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts in bulk, or to evade a suspension.
• You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
• You may close your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

6. The games

The machines in our lobby are third-party demonstration builds supplied by their studios and embedded in a frame. We do not develop them, control their mathematics, or host their assets. Any balance, currency symbol or win shown inside a game frame belongs to that demonstration and is entirely separate from your Social Spins Zone coin ledger — it has no value and cannot be claimed.

Demonstration play does not represent the odds, payout behaviour or experience of real-money gambling products. Nothing you achieve here indicates any likelihood of success in gambling of any kind.

Games may be added, changed or withdrawn without notice, and a third-party frame may be unavailable for reasons outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, automation, emulators or modified clients to play or to farm coins;
• probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its accounts or its infrastructure;
• exploit a bug rather than reporting it, or manipulate coin balances by any means;
• copy, scrape, mirror or republish substantial parts of the Site, or frame it so as to misrepresent who operates it;
• present the Site as a gambling service, a source of income, or an opportunity to win money;
• harass other users or our staff, or use the Site for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

8. Intellectual property

The Social Spins Zone name, the brasswork design of this Site, its text, layout and code belong to Cogwright Interactive Ltd or our licensors. Game artwork, titles and software remain the property of their respective studios. You get a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Site for your own entertainment — nothing more.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site running, but it is provided free of charge and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and technical faults happen. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, including the coin system, at any time.

10. No warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure against every threat, or free of interruption.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, lost coin balances, or loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Because the Site is free and coins have no monetary value, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Site is limited to £100.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Responsible play

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
